I started training with Jane to develop my netball performance, which included losing weight while also building strength. It's been absolutely fantastic and the training has been really targeted to what I want to achieve.

 

Not only does my body look completely different but I've learned so much on the nutrition side of things, from what I need to fuel my body to adopting a diet that is sustainable in the long term.

 

It's challenging and fun, but best of all it's paying dividends on the netball court.

I have never been someone who particularly enjoys exercise and had A LOT of bad eating habits that I used to blame on lack of time, family life and shift work. Jane made a big effort to understand my situation, giving me practical ways to address these issues.

 

Jane has introduced me to structured strength training (which I am now hooked on!) and taught me about the science behind my eating habits and how to change them. I am now a totally different person and genuinely love to train and keep on progressing. 

 

Every week, Jane encourages me to push my boundaries and get the best out of me no matter how I’m feeling. I have hit my target weight and every week continue to see my body changing. She helps me stay focussed on track, steering my training, eating and sleeping habits to make me the best version of me!

I have seen amazing results with Jane and have found the whole process really motivating and enjoyable. Not only have I improved my physical health but my mental health and body confidence. 

 

The personalised plans and nutritional guidance combined with the constant support I have received has shown itself in the result I have seen. In my first program with Jane I lost nearly a stone whilst also transforming my current lifestyle. I had no idea how much I didn’t know about nutrition  before I started but I have found the documents Jane provides to be really relatable and easy to implement into my life. 

 

This is without doubt the best investment I’ve ever made and I see my time with Jane as adding years onto my life and would without doubt recommend it to anyone looking to improve their mental health, physical health and overall confidence.

After my brain surgery in Lockdown 1, I was lost, overweight, unable to sleep and aching all over! I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations but also assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise.

 

Then came along Jane! She is a breath of fresh air :)

 

Jane listened and tailored the sessions to meet my specific needs. I've left each session feeling exhilarated. She challenged me within my injury capability, making sure there was no damage to my recovery. Her knowledge and ability to support clients, psychologically, physiologically, nutritionally and through a holistic well being approach sets her apart.

 

I am down 10kg, full of life, energy and strength. My mindset has changed, I eat better, sleep better, no more pains! Working with Jane has been the best thing I could have done for me. I highly recommend her, she is very professional, passionate, dedicated and so much fun!

 

The Journey so far has been incredible and I am so excited for the future ahead.
