I've been training for about 4 years, I've had personal trainers before, tried programs on my own, been to group classes, but nothing can compare to Jane's style of training/programming. I was looking for a complete change in my style of training as I've always wanted to be an "all rounder". It's been a crazy few weeks diving into this head first but Jane has helped me navigate through it and been so supportive. I'm so excited to train before every session because of the variety in each one. I was worried I'd miss lifting heavy, but it's heavily part of the Hybrid programme which I love. Looking forward to see what I can achieve this year!

FAQ's
 

Will I have access to a coach?

> Yes, you will have access on Facebook, in your WhatsApp group and through our training app.
 

Will I be able to decide how frequently I train?

> Yes,  whilst 6-days are provided most athletes chose to prioritise between 2&4 sessions each week.

Am I tied into a contract?

> We work with our clients for 90-days initially and then it is a nice and simple rolling contract with a 30-day notice period.

How long do the training sessions last?

> Most sessions are around 60-75mins long although we have some shorter sessions each week (~45mins).

​

How long is each training block?

> Training blocks are typically 5 or 6 weeks depending on where we are in our macrocycle. 

​

Can I train from home with minimal equipment?

> Yes, we have options for people who want to train at home. 

​
